Initial Psychiatric Evaluation
A comprehensive 60–75 minute psychiatric assessment to understand your symptoms, history, goals, and needs. Together, we will discuss treatment options and create a personalized plan of care.

Follow-Up Medication Management
Ongoing 30-minute follow-up visits focused on symptom review, medication response, side effects, progress, and treatment adjustments when needed.
30 mins – $130 | Get started
Brief Psychotherapy
Short-term supportive psychotherapy may be incorporated into care for established patients receiving medication management when clinically appropriate.

Integrative Psychiatric Care
Care may also include supportive education, nutrition, exercise, coping skills, mindfulness, sleep hygiene, and lifestyle strategies, with attention to stress, relationships, daily habits, and life experiences. When clinically appropriate, laboratory or genetic testing may be considered.

Telehealth visits are available to patients physically located in Texas, Oregon, Washington, or Arizona at the time of the appointment.
Cancellation Policy: I require at least 24-hr notice for cancelling appointments. There is a late cancel / no-show fee of $50.

A brief consultation will be scheduled to help determine if we’re the right fit for you. We’ll also provide you with answers to any questions you may have.
3. Complete Your Paperwork
Complete required intake and consent forms prior to your first appointment.
4. Initial Visit
Meet with your provider for a psychiatric evaluation and discuss a personalized treatment plan.
5. Ongoing Care
Follow-up visits for symptom and medication management, supportive education, and brief psychotherapy when clinically appropriate.
